Tabitha is very shy, often not talking to anyone but Riggles (the only dog she's comfortable around). She seems to be afraid of Pumpkin, by usually looking around nervously in her enviroment or asking "is the kitty around". She often tells Riggles how she loves Rico, but she can never tell him that.
